Subaru of Sterling Raises Over $33,000 for K-9 Caring Angels Through Share the Love Event

K-9 Caring Angels Therapy and Service Dogs 501 (c) (3) and Subaru of Sterling Share the Love Campaign Check Presentation 2026

This past Saturday, K-9 Caring Angels Therapy and Service Dogs 501(c)(3) attended a check presentation at Subaru of Sterling as part of the annual Share the Love Event.

Through this year’s campaign, Subaru of Sterling raised $33,171.76 in support of our nonprofit mission.

These funds will be directed primarily toward the training and placement of psychiatric service dogs for veterans, providing critical, life-changing support for those who have served our country. In addition, this support allows us to continue developing and certifying therapy dogs for first responders and for individuals who are committed to serving their communities through volunteer work.

To mark the occasion, approximately 10 of our therapy and service dogs were present for the presentation. These dogs represent the purpose behind the partnership; each one reflects the training, structure, and consistency required to create reliable support for the people and organizations we serve.

We are grateful for Subaru of Sterling’s continued commitment over the years. Their support has allowed us to expand our reach and provide more trained dogs to veterans, first responders, and community programs throughout the region.

We would also like to recognize General Manager Megan for her leadership and for the role she has played in maintaining and strengthening this partnership.

Support from organizations like Subaru of Sterling makes it possible for us to continue this work in a meaningful and sustainable way.
